Ceremony of the Best Oral and the Best Poster Presentation Award Program
All SCS Fall Meeting short talk and poster presenters automatically participate in the renowned Best Presentation Award Program. More than CHF 42’000 CHF in total are given to the winners in monetary form, travel grants or free publication opportunities in the Junior Laureates issue of CHIMIA 4/2026.
We like to address our recognition and thank to the Metrohm Foundation and to dsm-firmenich, that are partnering for the presentation award program for many years.
Best Oral Presentation Awards
The prize is given for the two best short presentations of each parallel session. The main criteria is the scientific quality and originality of the research, plus the quality of the presentation.
The prize for the winner of each of the nine, parallel sessions contains a certificate, a cash contribution of CHF 500, a travel voucher of CHF 1000 to attend an international conference and an invitation to present the research in the laureates' issue of CHIMIA. Value CHF 1’200.
The Prize for the Runners-up is a certificate and a cash contribution of CHF 400.
Best Poster Presentation Awards
The prizes are given for the best posters of each parallel session. The main criteria is the scientific quality and originality of the research, plus the quality of the presentation.
The prize for the winner of each of the nine, poster sessions includes a certificate, a cash contribution of CHF 200, a travel voucher of CHF 750 to attend an international conference and an invitation to present the research in the laureates' issue of CHIMIA. Value CHF 1’200.
The 1-3 prizes for the Runners-up includes a certificate and a cash contribution of CHF 200.
